You’ve watched the drama. You’ve cried at the drama. You’ve rewatched the drama “for the cinematography.” Now you’re coming to Seoul and you want to stand exactly where the main character stood, looking slightly wind-swept and tragic.
Good news: a lot of famous filming spots are free, central, and on the subway. Here’s my self-guided K-drama tour, with the exact stations and exits so you’re not wandering around Seoul looking for a bench that was only in one episode.

⚡ TL;DR: Do it in one day: Deoksugung stone wall path (Goblin) → Cheonggyecheon bridges → Yakhyeon Catholic Church (The Fiery Priest) → Noksapyeong overpass (Itaewon Class) → N Seoul Tower at sunset. Add Hyehwa and Naksan Park on another day.
The map at a glance

| Gwangtong Bridge, Cheonggyecheon | Marry My Husband | Jonggak / Euljiro 1-ga |
| Mojeon Bridge, Cheonggyecheon | The Esquire | Gwanghwamun / City Hall |
| Yakhyeon Catholic Church | The Fiery Priest | Chungjeongno / Seoul Station |
| Noksapyeong Station overpass | Itaewon Class | Noksapyeong, Exit 1 |
| Seoul World Cup Stadium | Starting Today, I’m Human | World Cup Stadium |
| Hakrim Dabang cafe | My Love from the Star | Hyehwa, Exit 3 |
| Naksan Park & N Seoul Tower | K-Pop Demon Hunters | Hyehwa / Myeongdong |
Stop 1: Goblin’s Seoul
Deoksugung stone wall path
The tree-lined path along the palace wall is one of Seoul’s most romantic walks, and Goblin fans know it well. Come in autumn when the leaves turn gold. City Hall Station, Exit 2.

Gamgodang-gil
A small, quiet lane near Anguk Station (Exit 1) that fans recognize from the drama. Short walk, nice photo, then head into Bukchon or Samcheong-dong for coffee.
Banpo Hangang Park
Riverside scenes by the Han River. Come at night when the Banpo Bridge fountain show runs in the warmer months. Grab ramyeon from the riverside convenience store. Very drama-coded.

🔥 Hot take: You are allowed to stand at the Deoksugung wall and stare dramatically into the distance. Everyone else is doing it too. No one is judging. Okay, a little.
Stop 2: Cheonggyecheon bridges
The stream that cuts through downtown Seoul shows up in a lot of dramas. Two bridges to find:
- Gwangtong Bridge – Marry My Husband.
- Mojeon Bridge – The Esquire.
Walk the stream path between them. It’s flat, pretty, and lit up at night. In December, it’s part of the winter lantern festival (see my Christmas in Seoul guide).

Stop 3: Yakhyeon Catholic Church
Korea’s oldest Western-style brick church, and the church from The Fiery Priest. Beautiful red brick, quiet grounds. Remember it’s an active church: keep your voice down and don’t interrupt services.

Stop 4: Itaewon Class at Noksapyeong
The overpass near Noksapyeong Station (Exit 1) with the view down toward Itaewon is the iconic shot. Note: the pub set from the drama doesn’t exist anymore, so skip the search. Instead, explore Itaewon and Haebangchon for dinner.

🙅 Skip: trying to find the pub from Itaewon Class.
👉 Do this instead: take your photo on the overpass, then eat your way through Itaewon.
Stop 5: N Seoul Tower and Naksan Park
N Seoul Tower is basically a K-drama cast member at this point, and it’s a big moment in K-Pop Demon Hunters too. Go up Namsan for sunset. Then on another day, walk the old city wall at Naksan Park near Hyehwa for night views over Seoul.

Bonus stops
Hakrim Dabang (My Love from the Star)
A vintage cafe near Hyehwa Station (Exit 3) that has been around for decades. You’ll need to order a drink to sit. Worth it for the retro vibe alone.

Seoul World Cup Stadium
Fans of Starting Today, I’m Human will recognize it. Combine it with a walk in the parks next door, especially in autumn.
Insadong
Traditional shops and tea houses, and a familiar backdrop for Lovely Runner fans. Great for souvenir shopping.
K-drama location etiquette
- Many spots are real neighborhoods, churches, and businesses. Be quiet and respectful.
- Don’t block paths or roads for your photo.
- Filming for commercial use usually needs a permit. Phone photos for fun are fine.
🤫 Friend tip: Go early on weekday mornings. You’ll get photos without 40 other fans in the background doing the same pose.
